Skin problems in our pets are very common, and it is often not easy to trace the cause of the problem. Here is a series of tools we use to make a diagnosis:

• Dermatological examination
• Cytological examinations
• Histological examinations (biopsies)
• Skin scrapings
• Cultures to identify dermatophytes
• Otoscopic examination with microscopy if necessary
• Diagnosis of environmental and food allergies

We also deal with the management of chronic cases, with the aim of improving the animal’s quality of life with all the latest therapeutic knowledge.
